KLLAC welcomes registrations throughout the season.

Please read important information below and contact the club if you have any further queries.

Important Information

• The Summer Season is October to March
• The Winter Season runs from May until August
• KLLAC has age-groups from U7-U18
• Generally our competitions are run on Saturday mornings, and on occasions we hold twilight meets on Saturday night.
• The age-group for season 2025/26 is determined by the age your child is under as at 31st December 2026. Please click here Age Goup Calculator

Registration Portal

For season 2025/26 a new registration system has been implemented by Athletics West which will require all members, new or returning to setup a new profile and register.

Returning Athletes will be able to register via the link in Heja.

New athletes will need to complete a Come & Try

Fees for the 2025/26 Season are as follows:

Please note that there are no refunds once registration is complete unless you have a medical certificate. 

Registration after Christmas will preclude athletes from being eligible for centre championships, state relays and state event qualifications. Full fees will still be payable except in extenuating circumstances such as long-term injury, relocation etc. and the committee reserves all rights to approve or deny any request.

The 2024/25 summer registration cost also includes the 2025 winter season 

WE ARE A KIDSPORT APPROVED CLUB

If you are using a Kidsport Voucher a new process will apply from this season, please note the following:

Contact us on registrar@kllac.tidymail.co with the following:

• Kidsport Voucher Code and Name of Athlete
• Amount you wuld like to claim for the athlete

You will then be provided a unique Discount code to be used when registering once the provided information has been validated.
